My picuter frame turns on and displays the welcome screen then goes black. When the frame is hooked up to the computer i can see all the images. is there some way to reset this so the screen will work?

Unfortunately it appears that the unit is experiencing an issue that will require service to resolve. As a result, I would suggest taking the picture frame, along with the receipt, to the place of purchase to obtain service. The NS-DPF7WM-09 has a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase.

There is not a firmware update for this digital photo frame. Please pursue service for this issue if needed as previously recommended.
