I have the digital picture frame, NS-DPF-7WA-09.  It had been working fine, but since I was going to be out of town for 10 days, I unplugged it.  When I plugged it back in today, nothing came up.  No pictures, nothing worked on the remote (good battery).

All I could see was the screen continually flashing, standby didn't work.  Can't load pictures from usb or the sd slot.

Any suggestions?

Try unplugging the unit from the electrical outlet. While unplugged, hold down the Power button on the Picture Frame itself for about 30 seconds. Once that time is up, release the power button, plug  back into power, and try to start it back up.

Jon,

I tried as you suggested but it  still didn't work.  I did borrow a power supply from a friend and the frame started right up and everything worked as it should.  So the power supply must be the problem.  I'll try searching around  for one, even though the frame is discontinued.  Thanks for your help.
