Hi,
My son bought me a photo frame about 7-8 years ago for Mother's Day and until today it just worked perfect. I never touched anything but the on/off button for fear to mess anything up. And today it happened. I don't know what button I touched but it suddenly displayed the "Select Card" screen and is stuck on 'Setup." How do I get back to it playing the photos? By the way, the model number is DPF7WA-09-09A08.
I am thankful for any help.

Hi Justin,
Thanks for your quick response! The model number is NS-DPF7WA-09. When you say I will "need to pursue with replacement options" does that mean I have to buy a new one?
Thanks!
Ilka

Hello moustaki,
Yes, unfortunately, you would need to buy a new one.

Hello moustaki,
Before replacing it, I'd like to know where the pictures are stored. Is there a memory card or are they on internal storage? Can you select any of the options that you have?

Hi Jeremy,
The pictures are stored on internal storage and I can not select 'Internal Memory.' So I assume those pictures are lost?

Hello moustaki,
Sadly yes. I was hoping there was a way that we could get it working. Since you can access the internal storage, then there really isn't anything to be done to fix it.
