Hi, I like this product a lot. My kids gave it to me for Xmas and I've just now gotten around to really using it. I'm disappointed though in the fact that it ignores the setting for Slideshow interval.  No matter what the setting the interval is always about 12 seconds. Demo mode is set to off in the settings. Is there a fix for this? Possibly a firmware update?

Hello roger,

Try resetting the picture frame to default settings, then changing the interval speed and let me know if this resolves your issue.

Thank you, this worked... with qualifications.  My desire is to have a 60 second interval on the display and remove the sleep time from the display. To achieve that result I found I needed to:

•  reset the device to factory settings
•  set the power savings to "off" next in the factory settings menu
•  set the interval to 60 seconds, again while in the lower level interva.

If I didn't do those things at the lowest level of menuing then the ~12 second interval would return if I change one of those values while in slideshow mode.  It's a "fussy" setup but it works well enough, and the product is a good enough value that I've now "tripled down" and gotten two more.
