Remote

Plugged everything in and "Remote is temporarily inoperative!" shows up.  How do I get it to operate?

We need much more information to begin to address your problem:

  • What is your product and model number?
  • When you say "plugged everything in," what do you mean?  The more detail here, the better.
  • What are you doing when you get the error message?
  • Have you followed the manual instructions to "activate" the remote control or checked/replaced the batteries?
The more information you can provide about your experience, the better we'll be able to assist you.
