I have a Logik L08DPF13 photo frame and cannot get the pictures to stay rotated after changing them. Any ideas please?

The solution to this problem is to install the pictures to the internal storage of the digital picture frame.  The picture frame can't rotate the pictures, so they will display normally.

Wht is the internal memory capacity of the L08DPF13 photo frame.

I am using a 4gb SD card but the hotos are rotated.  They are OK on my Mac.

I've searched around, and can only find links to the picture frame info, but no links to the actual manufacturer or customer support. You may need to see if you can find the manual, and look for a Customer Support number in order to reach them directly.

You are unable to load pictures onto the internal memory. You will need to upload your pictures onto an SD card or USB drive and insert that into the frame.
