hello i have a question about my camera - model NS-Dsc10A. I didnt know how to post a question so i just replied to one. So the other day i was recording a video on the camera and then accidently dropped it while still recording. The camera froze so i took it to the computer and plugged it in and it was fine. but when i unplugged it, I cant get it to turn on at all. I took out the batteries numerous times and put them back in but nothing seemed to be working. i just got this camera a month ago and i had no problems with it. Could you give me any kind of advice on why it wont turn on or what i could do to fix it? Please reply A.S.A.P

I would recommend returning to the place of purchase with the camera to pursue service options. Without a diagnostic, there isn't a way to determine the precise cause of the problem. You should be aware, however, that damage caused by dropping the camera would not be covered under the factory warranty.

Seems there is a file error that is preventing the camera from turning on. Take the SD memory card out of the camera or, if you already took out the SD memory card, try plugging the camera to the computer and erase all pictures stored at the internal memory (shouldn't be more that a couple since it has only a couple of MB). Once you do that try turning it on again and see if you get the error message. If you don't then try with a new SD card since the one you were using is defective.
Remember that if it is still not working, you can go to the store so a technician can take a look at the device.
