Cameras & Digital Frames

When I move pictures onto my Insignia picture frame (Model NSDPF0812W) some of the pictures (that were saved in portrait) get turned landscape.  Then when I manually change them to be protrait again, they switch back to landscape when the slideshow cycles back to them.  How can I correct this?

I was unable to replicate the issue with our picture frame.  I've sent your question to our engineers to see if they can figure out why it's doing it.

Hello KendraJones,

Are you playing the pictures from a SD device or from the photo frame's internal memory?  If you're playing them from an SD card, it is not able to remember the setting.  If you copy the pictures to the internal memory of your digital photo frame then it will remember the orientation as long as your digital camera has an orientation sensor.
