I just purchased my wife the Insignia 10-inch digital picture frame. When we inserted her memory card, all the pictures looked very distorted - almost like watercolored. No resolution, bad display. I tried everything with the contrast settings and have been unable to fix it. These pictures are saved at high resolution and look great on any other frame or computer. Am I missing something?
