Photo frame

When I rotate my photos using the remote they will not save.

They are rotated properly on the memory chip - if I remove the chip and look at my photos on my computer they are properly rotated but not on the frame.

How do I fix this?

Re: Photo frame

Hello Kjfergie,

When exactly is the rotation resetting; after the picture frame is turned off or when the slide show loops back to the picture?

Re: Photo frame

When the slide show loops back.

I have the frame sitting horizontally and the photo is taken horizontally as well.  There are a few photos that will not save once I flip them.   And there are a few pics taken horizontally that get flipped vertically.

In use the remote, flip them but they do not stay after I leave that setting.

Re: Photo frame

Hello Kjfergie,

I our unit here in our lab to try and replicate your issue and I was unable to get the same results. The images that I rotated stayed rotated even after a power cycle. It seems like the frame may be in need of repair and as a result, I would suggest taking it, along with the receipt, to the place of purchase to obtain service. The NS-DPF9G has a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase.
