I bought 2 indentical 10inch digital photo frames for my wife and my sister.

The model is NS-DPF10WW-16

First question, how can access the internal storage on these frames? The instructions do not mention this at all. Is this not available on this model?? It's kind of useless having internal storage that cannot be accessed. Oh and just how much internal storage is there?

Secondly, I loaded pics from my PC on to flashdrives, identical pics for both frames. On both frames, some pictures do not show up at all, but what is weird, is it is not the same picture on both frames! In other words the picture will show up on one frame but not the other?

That is a very strange issue. Place one of the USBs into a frame and view the pictures, taking note of which pictures do not show. Then place that same USB drive into the other frame and see if the same pictures are missing. 

How many pictures are on the USB drives?

Only about 30 pics on the flashdrive. As I said, some that do not show up on one frame will show up on the other.

How can I access the storage?

Yes, that is what I did to start with.. one picture would show up on one frame, moved the flashdrive to the other frame and it did know show up.

That is a very strange issue that I do not have an answer for. The only option I see would be to take the unite into Best Buy to the Geek Squad to have them looked at under the warranty. Maybe they can compare them to another unit and see how it functions?

The internal storage is not accessible. There are sample pictures stored on the unit for demo and testing purposes. If you select storage from the main menu you can cycle through the sample pictures.
