Every time we try to access Pandora via the Music tab, it tells us:
"I'm sorry, Pandora is currently unavailable".
1) We went to the Pandora's website on our computer and it was ok.
2) We entered the correct email address and password when asked for.
3) We tried resetting to factory settings and got the same message
4) We tried unplugging it and plugging back in after 60 seconds and got the same thing.
We're stumped as to why we can't get back into Pandora from the music tab.

Bummer, Pandora is one of the features that drew us to the Chumby fold in the first place. Not sure what your problem is, but I've seen a number of people with this complaint lately. That made me check my 8 inch Infocast (updated some time ago to the Chumby 8 OS) confirming that Pandora streams as ever.
So if no guidance about how to fix this using the Infocast OS is not forthcoming, it may be time to try out the new Chumby OS instead. It's less cluttered visually, and doesn't seem to sacrifice any functionality. You can find the instructions with a search of this site, which weren't complex, and be done in a few minutes after downloading the files.

Ok. we're Chumby rookies. How do you download OS updates to the our Infocast 8" tablet device from the internet? Do we have to plug it in to our PC somehow? thanks
