I apologize for the late reply. Remove any memory cards or USB drives from the device and power-cycle it by turning it off and unplugging it for several minutes. If the frame powers on so that you may access the menu, I recommend that you restore the frame to factory defaults. You may wish to erase all files on the device as well for a fresh start. Remember to back up your photos first! If these steps don't resolve the issue, you may wish to visit the Geek Squad with your frame for further assistance.
