Re: NS DV111080F AUDIO PLAY BACK TOO SOFT

Hello you,

On page 3 of the manual, it shows that the T/W (TeleWide) Zoom button is used for various functions:

  1. When recording video or taking photos: press "zoom" to the right zoom in, or "zoom" to the left to zoom out.
  2. In Video Playback mode: press "zoom" to the right to increase the volume, or press "zoom" to the left to decrease.
  3. In Photo Playback mode: press "zoom" to the right to zoom in, or press "zoom" to the left to zoom out.

Regards,
Justin

Re: Cannot load video/pics to computer

I am using Corel VIdeo Studio Pro x3 on a windows 7 machine.  I can view my .avi files from the camcorder but can't import them into corel to work with them.

I am guessing I need the proper codec, but how do I get that?

Re: Cannot load video/pics to computer

Hello jcramp,

Welcome to Community@Insignia™!

I apologize for the long delay in reply. A codec pack like ffdshow should resolve playback issues.  You may download it here.

Re: Cannot load video/pics to computer

New Firmware update should include a louder playback setting and a more sensitive microphone pickup. When can we expect this?
