We have had the frame for 2 years and it has been working just fine. It was unplugged and moved to another room and now it comes on, starts to display pictures then just flashed on and off displaying no pictures. I have tried pushing the menu button but it doesn't do anything. Any suggestions you might have would be helpful. Thanks, Mark
Does it come on at all now? I'd like you to unplug it, but leave the power switch flipped to the on position for about 30 seconds before plugging it back in. I'd like you to also try a different outlet to see if it works then.
The only other thing that might work is to leave it unplugged for a minimum of 24 hours. That will give it a chance to reset itself if it's possible. If that doesn't work, then there is nothing more we can do unfortunately.
