How do I control my NS-DPF7G if the buttons on top do not work and I have lost the remote, is there a way to access the Menu with a USB cable and my PC?
Unfortunately there is not an alternative method for controlling the menu, as a result I would recommend returning with the device and a copy of your receipt to your place of purchase in order to pursue the possibility of warranty repair/replacement.
