Had the NS-DPF3G for about a year. I haven't needed to charge it very often. It used to charge with no problem but now I'm getting a "low battery" and no matter what I use - ac adapter, usb cable (used different cables) - it doesn't charge up. Presumably the battery is faulty. Is there anything that can be done?

Welcome to Community@Insignia™!
This device's battery should not experience any Memory Effect that will cause the battery not to charge as expected. However, in certain cases, the battery may worn out due to problems while charging.
In this case, you will need to completely deploy the battery and then, with the AC adapter, leave the it to charge for at least 12 hours. This should provide you with more usage time than the one you seem to be having. If the issue persists, then the battery may need to be replaced, in which case you will need to visit your local Best Buy to get technical assistance.
If it was useful, and you liked it, Kudo it!
