I recently purchased the Insignia 10" Digital Photo Frame, however after loading up an SD Card (SanDisk) with photos and inserting that into the frame, many of my photos do not show up. Some do but the rest show up as a black screen with the message: "Decode Error". I've checked that all my files are JPEGs, so that isn't the problem. And they seem to show up just fine on when I open them from the SD card on my computer.

How many pictures are on the SD card?
Transfer the photos to your computer and reformat the SD card. This will erase everything on it and give it a clean slate. Transfer the photos back onto the SD card, making sure they are all jpeg formatted pictures. To start, transfer about 20 pictures or less to the card. Do all of these photos show? If so, load more pictures on the card and see when the error occurs.
Were all of the pictures taken with the same camera? Or were some pictures taken from another camera or source? Of the pictures that are not showing, does it line up with what pictures were gathered from different sources?

I reformatted the SD card and starteed transfering photos a few at a time. However I still got decode errors.

Do you know when and where the frame was purchased? Do you still have the receipt?
At this point I would like to get the frame into the store for an exchange (within 15 days of purchase) or warranty (within a year of purchase).
