I recently purchased the NS-DPF0812W model picture frame and I purchased an SD Card to use strictly with the frame.   My intention was to use it in my photography studio as a sort of portfolio for my customers to see.   I loaded the files on the card and only 2 of them actually play on the frame.  All of the files are in .jpeg form (they were first in .png form).   When I open up the library of images, the frame shows them as "file not supported".  Is there something I'm not doing correctly that would prevent the other images from loading/showing on the frame?

The photographs must be in standard JPEG format. If they have been saved as "progressive," they will not display. If, after re-saving your photos the problem persists, please let us know.
