Hello, I have bought picture frame Ns-dpf0812 on a trip to USA but I lost the remote control. Is there any other way to exit the demo mode without this remote control? In additional of that would there be a possibiit to buy new remote control for my device? Thanks a lot!

Hello Jrmarega,

In order to get the picture frame out of demo mode please follow these steps:

1. Turn the unit on.
2. Press the "Menu" button located on the top of the frame.
3. Using the arrow keys, select "Setup" then press "Enter".
4. Select "Factory Settings", press "Enter".
5. Change "Demo Mode" to "Off".

In regards to the replacement remote, I will check on the availability of the remote and let you know.

That is not possible since the frame is stuck in this demo mode and bottoms in the top is not working. Acording to the manual you need to use the remote control to exit demo mode. Maybe there is a combination of the bottoms that can exit demo mode.

I'm looking foward about the remote control.
