I bought a Digital Picture Key Chain, when I plug it into my computer the program does not open. I then try to save pictures onto it without using the program but I get a message saying that this device is a read only file. What can I do to get it working so that I can add my pictures.
What is the operating system on your computer Windows or Mac OS? Furthermore what version of that operating system do you have, Windows: XP, VIsta, 7 or Mac: Tiger, Leopard, Snow Leopard, or Lion?
