I was given the NS-DKEYBL09 (which I know is a few years old) and tried to use it with my iMac running OS 10.8. It didn't do anything except bring up a small window in preview. I then downloaded a driver off the Insignia website....the newest was for OS 10.5. It said it installed correctly and it's THERE, but when I plug in the device, it says I don't have a driver. I tried re-installing the driver, but the same thing happened. Any ideas for getting this to work on my Mac? Thanks

Hello Teapot6761,
Welcome to Community@ Insignia™!
This may be a question better directed at Apple, as I'm not real familiar with Mac OS questions. In windows there is a service called compatability mode, that lets you interact with drivers with a emulator that interacts with the drivers like a previous OS version would, for example playing a Windows XP game on a Windows 7 computer. I dont know if there is a comparable service with Apple, but at this point that would be my suggested starting point.

Jon
