I am trying to load my disc onto the computer, but it is saying it is not compatible with the operating system.  I have an HP loaded with Windows Vista.

If you're having trouble installing software and drivers from the disk that came with your camcorder, you can download the files and install them from your computer.  You'll find these useful downloads here under the Support tab.

It's not there and I would like to have the drivers because I traded a friend for this camera and he didn't give me the drivers I have been looking for them on the internet for two days.
