We lost our remote and our power cord to our photo frame. I found the instruction manual here, which was great- (I'm sick and was unable to install the unit when I received it for Christmas a year ago, the things got lost in the meantime but I want to use it now). How can we replace these? The model # is NS-DPF0812W. Thanks for any help.

I'm sorry that you lost your power cord and remote to the NS-DPF0812W photo frame. Unfortunately, this item is no longer sold in our stores. Additionally, searching PartStore.com by your model number shows there are no replacement parts available. With that said, you can try finding a replacement power cord and remote through a 3rd party website, or alternatively, purchase a new photo frame.
