I received my frame in 3/11 as a gift.  I worked for about 3 weeks and now I am unable to get a picture. It just has crazy squiggly lines.  I have tried to leave unplugged thinking that would reset it.  Is there anyway to get it to show pictures again? ir is it fried? 

I have had it and forgot about using it until I wanted to put it in my office.  It's pretty sad when a brand new product only works for 3 weeks.  After looking through this website I was shocked at the price of this unit! 

What can I do to fix this and use this for what it is meant to be used for rather than a digital coaster for my beverage?

Just to clarify, is the unit only 3 weeks old, or did it stop working 3 weeks after your received it in March?

it broke three weeks after I got it, in March of this year. It has been broken since then.
