Insignia 10" LCD Digital Photo Frame - pictures diplaying in a funny algorithm

Hello,

We have an Insignia 10" LCD Digital Photo Frame (about 3 years old). We are displaying 35 pictures which are slides of our corporate power point presentation. The slides are saved as JPEG files one by one and are numbered 1 to 35. When displaying the pictures, the photos do not flow in an 1 to 35 order. After watching the slide show few times, I have identified the pattern. It goes as this:

Starts with picture 1, followed by 10, 11, 12, 13 and so on to 19. (all pictures starting with 1).

Then jumps to picture # 2, followed by 21, 22, 23, 24 an so on to 29 (all pictures starting with 2).

After jumps to picture #3, followed by 31, 32, 33, 34 & 35 (all pictures starting with 3).

At the end rolls the numbers left: 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 & 9.

Any idea as of why it reads them this way and what should I do to make them flow nicely from 1 to 35 in order?

Thank you for your attention into this.

Regards,

Iris

Hello Exeter,

Welcome to Community@ Insignia™!

Should be a moderately simple fix, you will just need to rename 1-9 as 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09. By having all the pictures labeled with a 2 digit #, you should be corrected.
