Hey all, we just bought a Insignia® - 10.0-Megapixel Digital Camera - Pink Model: NS-DSC10A for my daughter from Best Buy. once we opened it and got it going I noticed the view screen has a constant orange/redish look to it but the pictures it takes are normal. This screen look is unacceptable for this expensive of a camera.
I plan to take it back to best buy but before I do wanted to make sure there was not a setting I have not set up right, if this is a common issue with this camera, or if its just a bad camera.
Also, I am noticing that when I stick a sdhc memory card in the camera I lose almost all settings options on the camera. Can't change the iso, stabalization, etcetc. While my daughter may not understand how to do this yet I do
When I take the memory card out I turn the camera back on then I can interact with all the settings it offers.
Is this a common thing with this camera or just another part of it being a faulty?
Any help will be appreciated. Just trying to get awnsers so I know whether to return for an exchange or return for a refund and go with another brand.

Welcome to Community@Insignia™!
My biggest concern is that you're happy with your camera and that it functions the way you expect. While I can foward your concerns to our technical team for review and response (which I'm happy to do), it may be more in your best interest to return to the store of purchase to discuss an exchange since you've expressed numerous concerns about this device. It would also offer the most immediate means to offer you satisfaction and give you the opportunity to have a product specialist address your questions.
