I lost a memory card, and I just realized that some of the pictures were stored in my keychain and now I want to save them in my computer so i can eventually print them. Is there a way to transfer and save them in my computer? I tried to copy with the [ctrl+c] command, the pictures from the keychain's image viewer program but it doesnt seem to be possible. and i cant right click the pictures.
Can I have some help please?!
Those pictures hold precious memories
The key chain is model- NS-DKEYRD10 I bought it back in 2010.
I hope there is a way
Thanks, in advance,

Hello sillykamote,
Unfortunately the NS-DKEYRD10 is designed to only have one way photo transfer. Once the pictures are on the keychain, they only way that they can be removed is through deletion. The device is not intended for use in data backup or transfer. Sorry for the inconvenience that this causes you.

Hello JOshDalere,
Welcome to Community@Insignia™!
An SD card may not be used directly with your Digital Keychain Photo Frame. You will need to transfer the pictures from the SD card to your computer, then load them on the Keychain.
Regards,
John
