I have a NS-DPF10PR Photo Frame. There are 100 or so photos on the SD chip. All photos have been formatted to 1024x768 90dpi in Photoshop CS3. Every image looks fine except 1 which displays a 6mm circle in Aunt Shirley's head that is not in color. when I rotate the frame to portrait the spot is in color, but in landscape the grey scale spot returns. I have even reedited the image, but the spot remains. VERY ODD. Any clues?

Welcome to Community@Insignia™!
If the problem is with just one photo and doesn't appear in any other picture when displayed, then the anomaly is in the single photo. Were the problem with the frame, the gray scale area should appear in all photos in the same location of the screen, whether portrait or landscape.
Since you indicate that the problem persists after re-editing the photo, I would recommend erasing the contents of the SD card and reloading it with the known good image to see if that resolves the problem. Please let us know what you discover!
