I uploaded a few pictures onto a picture frame via USB, some will show and some will not. I have saved them in JPEG format, any suggestions or solutions USB is already in FAT32 format using a mac book.

Can you provide the model for your picture frame? It should start with NS- and be listed on the back of the product. 

If some of the images are not showing, this is usually just a formatting issue. Double check all of the files and make sure they are jpeg. Also, compare the  properties of a working picture ot a non-working picture. Check the file types as well as the size of the file. Just look for any major differences in the files that may cause them to not play.
