Hi, I got a NS-DPF81P digital photo frame, but any option from the top of the photo frame works. I press a button and it doesn't´t work. I have to add something, the remote control didn't´t come. Please I need your help to use my device,

If I put a USB or memory card, it play the photos, if I put my ipod in the dock, then appears the menu for the ipod but no more.

I think is very cool this device and I want to use all the features.

I would suggest checking out the manual for the NS-DPF8IP which is located here so that you can learn about all the features of the device. If you are experiencing issues with the device not working properly and the buttons not responding, I would suggest that you take it along with the receipt to the place of purchase to obtain service. The NS-DPF8IP has a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase.

Hi, but I have a question.

I don't`t have the remote control is there  way to exit from the demo mode. I´ve seen that if you don't have it, you can´t do anything with the device, thankyou.

Hello Carl1,

To access the menu without having the remote, please follow these steps:

1. Turn the NS-DPF8IP.
2. Press the "Menu" button located on the top of the device.
3. Using the down arrow, select "Factory Settings", then press "Enter".
4. Select "Demo Mode", press "Enter", then change the setting to "Off"
