Hello,

We just purchased 2 of these photo frames (NS-DPF0812W) and started loading pictures onto them. We noticed that on each frame, they would not display certian pictures. These images would show up in the thumbnail view, but if we try to select them from the thumbnail view, the photo frame skips that picture and goes to another one. All the files are .jpg and were taken with the same camera. I have edited some in photoshop, but I didn't thaink that would make a difference, and it seems to show others that were edited just fine. Any thoughts as to what may be preventing it from displaying these images in the slideshow?

I figured out the problem. As I was saving the pictures in Photoshop, I was saving the jpegs as "progressive"  and not standard. After I switched it over, all the pictures displayed with no problems.
