We'll be happy to look into this concern if you'll please reply with the digital key chain model number! In addition, what error message did you receive (exact wording would be helpful)? How many photos were you uploading? At what point did the upload fail? Did any photos load on the key chain at all? Any additional details you can provide will help us diagnose the problem.
