Must have been an application failure on the device itself. Does anybody know how to restore to default or where can I send to restore?

You can restore it to factory settings from the set up menu. The set up menu should appear when you press the menu button on the remote. Are you able to view the set up menu?

I cannot go to the menu as the screen is stuck to Loading...

If the unit is stuck on the loading screen, from the time it's turned on, that actually implies that the unit is unable to load the Operating System. If that is the case the unit will need to be replaced, due the cost of repair being more than the cost to replace. You can check with the Geek Squad desk to see if they can reinstall the Operating System, but unless the unit is under warranty there would be a charge applied.

Because all Warranty Servicing was handled through Geek Squad, that is who you would need to contact to find out if that software is still available. Because the unit is outside of warranty, if the software is still available, there may be a charge to have that reinstalled on the device.
