Can no longer delete pictures nor put pictures into the photo frame

Decided to redo my pictures so they would go into photo frame in order. I deleted all and started over again. Everything was going fine until I got to one particular pic which would not go in and instead inserted a block where the pic should go which said "format not supported". This was a jpeg pic. Tried to remove the "blank block" from the frame but it would not delete in the usual method, nor could I delete any of the other pics. I reformated with the remote, no luck. I decided to erase internal memory, thinking that would get rid of the pics,no luck. I tried resetting to factory default, nothing has worked. Bottom line, I can no longer add nor delete any of the pics. Have talked w. customer service online and the store where the frame was bought. They can only advise me to "reformat" it on my puter -- this still doesn't work. Could the software be corrupted somehow? When I erased "internal memory" was that a mistake? I load everything through my computer and the USB frame cable that came w. the camera. Any ideas??

Re: Can no longer delete pictures nor put pictures into the photo frame

Hello fishermanchamp,

Thank you for the excellent description of your issue, your thorough explanation leaves me unconvinced that anything you did caused this error but it does indeed sound to me as if the device has malfunctioned in some way. As such I am left with only one recommendation which is that you return it to your place of purchase along with a copy of your receipt in order to pursue the possibility of warranty replacement.

Regards,
Tom
