I have the canon sd630 digital elph camera. The problem is that the lense does not zoom out when I turn it on. I have the 4-year parts and labor coverage (accidental damage from handling) insurance. Will they repair my camera or can I get a new one?

Hi felix1,

If the insurance you are referring to was purchased along with the camera at Best Buy® it should be a service plan, and the camera would need to be sent out for service. Just bring the camera to a Geek Squad® precinct in a Best Buy® store, and they should send it out to be repaired. I hope this helps!
