what is the best micro so for GP Hero 4 Silver edition? Is it the Ultra Plus or Extreme Plus?

Extream Plus would be the way to go.

capacity may be the same but where it matters is the read and write speed.  the Extream Plus is faster.

I  could not find that particular memory on Best Buys web site but look at the specification for Read write.

the Extream Plus is 90 mb per second.  

Any memory card should work for your camera.  The difference between cards is the size and read/write speed.

I use class 10 cards for my gopro3
