Re: Memory Card Help!

You can delete your pictures right from your camera.

Re: Memory Card Help!

You can plug in your memory card into the slots and then a prompt comes up asking what you want to do, select open folder to view files and browse through the items you do not want. click each one and press the delete key on your computer and its permanently gone Smiley Happy

While the above suggestion is nice , reading the camera manual on how to delete it from the cameras main menu for some can be a nightmare Smiley Wink

Re: Memory Card Help!

Hi TechGirl,

If you don't have the image saved on your computer, or somewhere, I would transfer the image to your computer first. Most cameras have a delete button on the camera, or there is a delete image option in the camera menu somewhere. I never delete my images using the camera itself. I transfer my images to my computer, and then I format the memory card in the camera which should delete all the images off the memory card. If I then no longer want a certain image, I simply left click the image file on my computer and then press the delete button. I am assuming this is a memory card that you use in your camera. If your memory card is used for some other device, you could connect the memory card to your computer using a card reader, open the memory card in My Computer, find the image file, left click the file, and press the delete button on your keyboard. I hope this helps!
