You can't be serious?  People are opening these all over youtube (not pre-release media versions but ordered and purchase) as well as all over the forums and reddit?  Clearly, they are shipping and being delivered.  Quit playing games with some of your best customers and give us a bit of feedback on the large amount of money we've put down.

I am very serious. As an employee of Best Buy I am not allowed to say when a product will be released until that information is already public knowledge. Even if I knew exactly when these were to be shipped out, I would not be allowed to share that information until that information had already been shared publicly.

The lack of response to a ship date is exactly why I canceled my order with Best Buy.  There are plenty of other retailers out there that have them in stock and actually tell you when its going to ship.

Dude what are you saying it’s public knowledge the product has been out for over a week. Dji held a press conference 2 weeks ago to announce the product and release date. Go to dji’s website it’s been available for order since the 28th.

This is very much public knowledge - the only thing, not public knowledge is Best Buy's plans around this product and delivering to customers who pre-ordered!  Perhaps you should ask someone in the know at Best Buy?  If it was such an unknown, Why can other retailers communicate with their clientele without reservation?  Please be an advocate for your customer, research this, and provide us a real update rather than spinning us a story or perhaps I'll take others lead, cancel my order and take my business elsewhere.

Absolutely. How is one of the largest big box stores not able to ship a product the same time as everyone else. 100% fail. I'm canceling my order on Friday if nothing progresses. Im sure DJI would love to have all our money. Best Buy doesn't really seem to care.

No response . . . . DJI and other retailers meanwhile selling and shipping these devices . . . . I guess they don't want or care about our business if they choose to effectively ignore us.
