No one can give me a date on when it will be available in store (Aiea, Hawaii). I called the store and they said the release date is Jan 31st but it dont show that they will have any on the 31st. Please tell me someone on here knows.

I purchased the DJI Mavic Air Fly More Combo on Jan 24th and the shipment info has not been updated. DJI Customer Support sends me to you guys and you guys send me to them.

I also have been trying to figure this out. I have an email into DJI waiting for a response. I also called B&H and they said pre orders will start shipping mid Feb. So I’m thinking somewhere around then. If I find anything else out I will let you know.

We are not able to comment on when a store will have a specific item in stock. The best I can suggest is to place a preorder for this drone combo on BestBuy.com.

Thanks. I just purchased the base mavic air because it has a pick up in store date of Feb 7.

Looking for info here as well.  Pre-Ordered on the 24th.  No website update.  Customer service shows a ship date of March but admitted that was probably a placeholder.  These are showing up for people who ordered direct from DJI.  Please provide some kind of feedback for all of us who pre-ordered.  A bit ridiculous that we'd be weeks/months behind everyone else simply because we chose to use Bestbuy.com rather than another source.

I couldn't get any answers on the fly more combo. It is ridiculous. For that reason, I didn't get the fly more combo. I believe I placed my order on Jan 29th and was able to pick up in store on Feb 1st even though it was showing a pick up date of Feb 7th. Then i ordered extra batteries from DJI.

I ended up canceling my pre-order with Best Buy and ordered elsewhere. Should have my fly more some time next week.

I clearly show the release date for these are currently listed as not announced on our website. Due to competitive advantage, we are not able to say when a product will be released, unless we have already publicly announced when that item will be released.
