I just ordered a Kodak M1033. and it arrived lastnight.
its the best camera I've ever had.
However, this morning, I noticed that there is a dead pixel in the right side of the LCD screen.
I just bought the thing, so I expect it to be in "new" shape for atleast 24 hours.
Can i give it back and get a new one since the product is Damaged/Defective?

Hi xn1ck08x,
You can hardly buy a bad camera nowadays, but one thing that hasn’t changed is that occasionally a defective product does make it into the market from the manufacturer.
Luckily the return or exchange period for digital cameras purchased from Best Buy® is 14 days, and since it was just delivered, you have fourteen days from delivery to return or exchange the camera for a new one. You can follow the instructions included in your packaging to return the camera to the BestBuy.com return center for a refund, or you can take the camera, along with your BestBuy.com invoice and any accessories that came with it, into a local Best Buy® store for a return. I hope this helps out!
Thanks,
Allan
