I went into best buy today and I hope that the girl that i was talking to was wrong. She told me that the camera wouldn't be available in store until sometime in October... has anyone been able to pick one up in the store yet? You can order it on (a)mazon so it has to be in store soon...

Please don't tell me that.  I have trip to New York planned for April.  I NEED that camera ASAP, so I can learn it.  I already pre-ordered it, geez so now what?  So much for being cheap and wanting to save a few bucks.....

Pretty exciting news! Check out the Best Buy Canada (which seems way better than the US one for some odd reason), it says the camera is expected in their warehouse on 3/2... that's tomorrow!

I just sent CS an email last night to see what the expected date really is. I preordered mine on 2/16 but my order status still shows an approximate date of 3/28. That really sucks as I know there are places that have them now. If I hear back I'll post what they say.

to check my best buy's inventory. I dont really know if it works or not, but it seems to. I replaced the sku's and product id's with items i know show up in stock and it works so maybe this will help everyone keep an eye on their BB
