Are you doing it with the lenses that came with the camera?
If not try it with one of them
Turn off the camera. Remove the battery.
Put the battery back in and try it again.
Have you tried it with a different battery?
Take off the lens and look inside the camera. Is it dirty?

Hey rajdeen007,
Thanks for the response. This is a common error code for Canon DSLR's. It is a general code that is stating there is an internal malfunction. This can be due to several issues, and the only real way to address this is to have an authorized service technician look at the camera. You will need to send this camera out to be serviced. You should be able to drop the camera off to be sent off to a repair center at any Geek Squad precinct in a Best Buy store.
Thanks,
