I am looking for a camera that is under $80 that can accept a 32gb card and has the ability to continuously record while it is charging. Does anybody know of any cameras that have these options? Thanks.

Hmm... I wonder if a GoPro camera can do this.
I think my Dropcam continuously records for 7 days or a month depending on my subscription.
Can you clarify your objective with the camera?
