Pretty much any consumer or "prosumer" unit I know of that has an external mic will also have a built-in mic.
I know the Canon HF100 had this, while it is discontinued, I think anything from Canon's Vixia HF series will have the capability for external mic inputs. Definately the HF S200, probably the lower end ones too.
