Camcorder Issue!!! I got lied to by Best Buy worker!!!

So I bought a camcorder for 250 dollars yesterday night, what pushed me to buy it was that the guy that sold it to me told me it came with an editing program and a fire wire (i think the cable is called fire wire, may be something else) so I bought it happly! Well, when I got home i fuigured out that it didn't include a fire wire or an editing program, it didn't even have a USB connection to the computer! I read the "Included" section and it turns out it wasn't supposed to have any of those things! And i'm not happy at all with this, I got lied to and I expect something done to resolve tjis problem.

I was sorry to hear that your purchase was not what you expected it to be, and I would like to apologize for any misinformation you might have gotten from Best Buy®.


You do have a couple of options. You could return the camcorder, or exchange the camcorder for one that meets your needs. If the camcorder is in like new condition, and you choose to return or exchange it for a different camcorder you could be charged a 15 percent restocking fee. Another option you have would be to purchase a firewire, and editing program for the camcorder.
