It is that time of year! The weather is cooling. Families and friends gather together in celebration. It’s the beginning of a series of holidays that everyone from children to adults look forward to. This holiday season kicks off in the Mexican culture with a celebration of the lives that now deceased ancestors and loved ones lived while in this world. Beginning on October 31^st, All Hallows Eve, children make altars to invite the angelitos back to visit. November 1^st, known as All Saints Day, deceased adults are invited to visit. Then we have November 2^nd , All Souls Day, where celebrations commence and families gather to honor the lives of the deceased.
