Okay, so maybe that’s not very common, but it’s true—for me, at least. I don’t remember the last time I woke up in the morning and thought, I’d like to eat an egg white omelet. Instead, I usually opt for a big cup of iced coffee and just power through until lunchtime. After all, doesn’t pizza sound far better than a salted egg?

That’s what I thought for a very long time until I started experimenting with breakfast foods a few weeks ago.
