 That time of the year has come once again and April 18^th is approaching fast! “What’s the significance of April 18^th?” you may ask, and rightfully so.

There has been a noteworthy change this year and Tax Day has been moved from the accustomed date of April 15^th, to Monday, April 18^th. Tax Day is the official filing deadline for Tax Returns set by the IRS, but this doesn’t mean you have to wait until then to get your taxes completed and turned in!

Every year I find myself racing against the clock to get my taxes filed and I’ve decided this year would be different! Once I had all of my needed tax documentation, I went to my local Best Buy and picked up some Tax Preparation Software to help me accomplish this new resolution of mine.

 Like many of you, I am not only looking for the biggest return, but also the easiest and most cost effective way to file. Everyone has different situations and requirements when it comes to completing their taxes which is why it can be a bit overwhelming once you see all of the choices that are made available. After digging a little more into this, I was able to sort the choices by brand of software, type of tax return, and even promotions that we are currently offering!
