Elle Fall Leaves.jpg

While I’ve lived in different parts of the country throughout my life, having changing seasons has always been a constant. I find beauty in all of them, winter with the twinkling lights, fresh snow, and comfy sweaters, spring when everything comes alive and starts blossoming (also, spring has Cadbury Creme Eggs, which is hard to beat), summer feels full of adventure between beach days and stormy nights, but autumn has always been my favorite.

I’ve been breaking out my sweater collection slowly as the days have gotten colder, but it’s just started to transition to the air having the crisp scent of fall. That means it’s the perfect time to break out your cameras, camera phones, or whatever you prefer for capturing these precious moments, and exploring everything fall has to offer!

Personally, I love going for hikes this time of year, as well as visiting pumpkin patches and apple orchards. Sadly, I haven’t gotten to explore as much as I would have liked, but it’s on my fall to-do list.

Nikon COOLPIX.jpgUsually I take photos on my phone because it’s convenient, but when I’m out exploring during a sunny day, often that means I can’t tell if my pictures turned out in the moment, due to the light reflecting off my screen. If that’s something you frequently run into with photos (I’m talking to you, sunny states), I recommend our Nikon COOLPIX B500 16.0 Megapixel, as it has a high tilting LCD screen that allows for clear viewing, as well as getting to take shots at unique angles. It’s also great for taking nighttime photos, if you want to spend time outside star gazing before it gets too chilly at night!

I’m definitely the person whose home and desk are filled with photos, as I love being surrounded with memories, people and pets (cats) that I hold dear. That said, I’m not always great at remembering to get my photos printed so I can enjoy them right away. If you’re like me, and want to enjoy your fall photos while it’s still actually fall, the Polaroid Originals OneStep+ Analog Instant Film Camera, makes it easy. All you have to worry about is making sure you have extra film on hand if you plan on taking a lot of photos. It’s also got a self-timer mode, so you can be in your photos, rather than just behind the scenes. If you’re planning on having a Halloween party, this camera would be a great way to take photos of all the costumes, and then send everyone home with a photo to remember all the fun they had!

DJI Mavic 2 Zoom Drone.jpg

Last month I went on a trip to Maine, and while it was absolutely stunning, my only regret is that I didn’t think to get a DJI Mavic 2 Zoom Quadcopter Drone, so I could get photos of the aerial view. Even just driving around was gorgeous, as there were trees as far as the eye could see, slowly becoming more colorful each day. I can only imagine what I would have come across if I had this drone along to take pictures from up above! If you’re going on a trip, or just want to see your own town’s beauty from a different perspective, this would be a fun take on getting some truly unique and stunning shots!

My lovely colleagues have shared some photos from their fall adventures, which I hope you enjoy as much as I do!

Great fall moments are all around! Allan found this spooky house when him and his

fiancé took their dogs for a walk. Growing up, my house was always the one on the block that went all out for Halloween decorations, so I know I'm always delighted to find a house that takes Halloween as seriously as I do!

Fey enjoys the outdoors whenever she gets a chance, and was able to capture this beauty while walking around our Corporate Campus! I never feel like I get enough time outside, but these pics make me want to make more of an effort to go enjoy the fall colors while they last!

While I wish my trip to Maine had been when the trees were at peak, their September weather was perfect for exploring the area! Can you tell my inner-mermaid wanted to be near the ocean as much as possible?

I'm not the only one in the family who likes to get out and explore fall! My little buddy can't wait to get out and attempt to climb the colorful trees!

Pumpkins have become such an important part of knowing that fall is here! Jenni went to a harvest festival, and got this great shot that's a whole new take on pumpkin decorating!

Part of what makes fall fun, is the varity in weather. Kenny captured the beauty of autumn in Montana during it's many phases (yes, that is snow you're seeing in the background on the third pic).

Want to enjoy how scenic autumn is, but aren't quite sure where to get started? A day trip to a local state park is always sure to be way to get back in touch with nature, as well as get some great photos. Melissa got this awesome shot at Itasca State Park!
